1. What Vetta is

Vetta is a discovery tool only. We help businesses find and contact marketing agencies in Dubai. Vetta is not a party to any contract between a business and an agency, and is not responsible for the services agencies provide.

2. Agency responsibilities

Agencies are solely responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, including services, pricing, portfolio, and credentials. Vetta reserves the right to remove profiles that violate our guidelines or misrepresent the agency.

3. Verification and badges

  • The UAE Advertiser Permit badge is based on document submission. Vetta makes no legal guarantee of an agency's regulatory compliance.
  • Partner certifications (Google, Meta, etc.) are self-declared by agencies. Vetta reserves the right to remove any badge found to be falsely claimed.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in AED. Where Vetta is VAT-registered, 5% UAE VAT is applied and shown separately.
  • You may cancel at any time. Your profile retains its tier features until the end of the current billing period, then moves to Free basic.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period.
  • Failed payments are retried automatically. If all retries fail, the profile drops to Free basic.

5. Guidelines, warnings, and removal

Agencies in breach of platform guidelines may receive a warning. A second warning within 90 days triggers a mandatory profile re-review. Serious or repeated breaches may result in profile removal. Removed agencies are notified with a reason.

6. Appeals

If your profile is removed, you may appeal via our support contact form within 14 days of removal.

7. Guest blog content

Guest posts submitted by agencies remain live even if the agency later churns or deletes their account. If the account is deleted, the byline link to the agency profile is replaced with the agency name as plain text.

8. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. For paid agencies, the subscription is cancelled immediately with no refund for the remaining period.
