- Is there really no pay-to-rank?
- Correct. Browse results are sorted by profile completeness, a quality proxy, not by how much an agency pays. Pro agencies get highlighted placement within their category, but never a separate paid sort tier.
- What's the launch offer?
- The first 25 agencies to list get the Standard plan free for 6 months, no credit card required. At month 6 you can upgrade, stay on Standard, or drop to Free basic.
- How does billing work?
- All plans are billed monthly in AED via Stripe. If Vetta is VAT-registered, 5% UAE VAT is shown separately on your invoice. Cancel anytime, you keep your tier until the end of the billing period.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your profile keeps its current tier features until the end of the paid period, then drops to Free basic. No partial refunds. You can reactivate any time by updating your payment method.
