Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, and password (stored hashed).
• Business details you choose to provide: business name, website, industry, size, location.
• Agency profile data: services, pricing, portfolio, credentials, contact channels.
• Contact click events: which agency you contacted, the method, and timestamp.
• Usage analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

How we store and protect it

Data is stored in a secured database. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Advertiser Permit and trade licence documents are stored privately and are accessible only to Vetta administrators, never displayed publicly.

UAE data protection

We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Your rights

• Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: update inaccurate information from your account settings.
• Deletion: permanently delete your account and associated data at any time.

Marketing emails

Non-transactional emails (platform updates, announcements) include a one-click unsubscribe link, as required under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021. Transactional emails, profile status, billing, password reset, cannot be opted out of as they relate directly to your account.

Sharing

We do not sell your data to third parties. Contact click data is used internally only and is not shared with agencies in v1.

Retention

Where Vetta is VAT-registered, invoicing data is retained as required by UAE tax law. Other data is retained until you delete your account.
